Practice Sessions for 2008
 
 
     Six formal practice sessions will be held in 2008, beginning in May.  These are for all the athletes; men and women will train in separate groups.  Start time is 10AM.  Water will be provided.  All heavy events will be practiced each session.  Attend a minimum of two to fulfill your eligibility requirement.
 
     I will be holding informal practice sessions on Sunday afternoons leading up to the first Saturday practice of May 3rd.  Call if you plan to join me; the dates are Feb 3, 10, 17, 24, Mar 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 and Apr 6, 20, 27.  Sessions start at about 2:00 PM and go for an hour.  Home phone: 410-941-5174.
 
     Practice location:   2851 Moores Road, Baldwin, MD.
                                         Carpool, if possible.
